We are glad to inform that our project proposal Time resolved temperature measurement during microsecond pulsed laser melting of thin films has been accepted
The LASERLAB-EUROPE Selection Panel appreciated the scientific quality of our proposal. Both referees recommend to support this project.
One of the referees writes: "The proposed work promises to apply for the first time IR photosensors in order to provide real-time data on the temperature of the thin films during laser irradiation … Since only modelling has been employing so far to do this, indeed this constitutes a research project with novelty and successful completion will contribute to the specific field. The applicant team and the host institution and host scientist(s) are certainly well experienced and equipped. Thus, I do support acceptation of this proposal."
